Portillo's Hot Dogs

** update, I did followup as the reply suggested and I am happy with the response. Usually have a positive experience at this location. My last visit I had a large order and they only messed up 1 of the big beefs. It should've had sweet peppers instead of hot peppers. I drive 25 min each way to get it. I just had to do without, because I wasn't going back to get a new one. Kid-friendliness: Kis friendly atmosphere

Food is great. Service is quick, professional, and courteous. Atmosphere is nostalgic, clean, family friendly, but somewhat loud. I have gone there for years, and will continue to go for many more. Highly recommended. I have referred Portillo's to many people, and they have all left impressed and satisfied!

This is the third time in 2 months I have asked for extra cheese and got none.. none and paid for it... it's not like you give that much extra anyways... plus spent my whole lunch in line just to get it.. the next time it happens will be the last time I eat there.. I will go to buona.
