Service was wack food fair but the presentation is good got the bread almost 30 mins after we were seated it was hair in someone’s food dishes not properly cleaned drinks were good

Horrible service, today 10/15/2022, my family choose this steakhouse to eat and celebrate my nephew and mom's birthday. The food was low grade, better off getting frozen dinner. One of my family order chicken Alfredo and they gave her the pasta with just the Alfredo. We asked for the chicken and they dump some precooked chicken without even tossing it. The waiter told my family if there steak is burn that's our fault for wanting it well done. The drinks was just favor water. They put food coloring in the ranch dressing to determine which salad dressing. How about labeling the bottles?! We had to ask for our water to be refilled and only the people that asked got their water refilled. The waiter was extremely rude to our party. Then the bill came, automatic 20% tip (I'm good as long as the food is good and service is great.) But also $14 charge for using a debit or credit card. ???? are you freaking kidding me? Had an amazing experience here! Was in the area for work. A coworker and I got out of our work event late and were looking for a spot to eat. We took to google to find not much left open, leading us to what turned out to be a gem with incredible customer service. We arrived just over an hour before closing and where we come from, restaurant staff isn’t always too hospitable to the people who roll in towards the end of the night. That is not what we experienced here. We walked in the door to an absolutely gorgeous dining area classically lit and full of gorgeous flowers and a nice bar. We were immediately greeted by a man who seemed to be the owner. He was incredibly pleasant as we asked him if outdoor dining was open- he replied that it was for us, and immediately sat us outside on a gorgeous patio that included a fire place and live, gorgeous plants everywhere. Did I mention we had the patio all to ourselves? We were promptly greeted by a beautiful waitress who was perfectly timed in
