Ordered Chicken Parmesan from Casa Di Amici tonight. Our first time. Chicken breasts were burnt, the garlic bread was also burnt and we didn't get ranch dressing we asked for with the side salad that we ordered extra. Definitely won't be back anytime soon for us. This was from the new Fairmont location. Based on recommendations from friends and relatives we tried it and this was our results.

First off the sandwich took forever and it was cold. They offered to make a new one which was taking forever and we had an appt to get to. We left with no food!! We entered there at 212 pm and left at 242 to get to a 3pm appt. We felt as if we interrupted their lunch. Don't recommend … More
