Floors were dirty but plenty of staff standing around not doing anything about it. Food served was not up the same quality I have had at other Chili's. Bathrooms needed some cleaning attention. Staff was seen eating at the bar and then halfway through there eating time they got up to help with table service. That goes against sanitary policies. I just wanted to eat what I was served and leave. The owners reply sent me to an unusable web address. I already emailed about the issues. Respond to my email if you are serious about resolving the issues I mentioned.
