I was an ok fan of this location but I recently submitted an online order for breakfast. They refused to make it due to it being past 10:30 AM. I was in line at 10:30 but wasn’t seen until 10:32. Why even have online order if I can get what I want? Not coming here again due to manager not accommodating an online order placed before 10:30 AM.

I participated in their June promotion. Basically the premise is that if you purchase something via the mobile app on a Monday (anytime) or Wednesday (no later than 10:30am), then later in the week they will give you a free treat (reward) on your mobile app. I complained at least 3 times that I didn’t receive a reward for one of the days. Each time I was told someone would either correct the issue or contact me regarding the issue. However, no one ever did. Terrible customer service experience.

It's been twice now where I order a market salad and it looks old, soggy strawberries and no blue cheese. I had never had a problem before, everything was always fresh and crisp. I don't know what happened but I'm disappointed. … More
