Red River Bar-B-Que & Grill

BBQ is really good. I like the choices they give you for the brisket (lean or fatty), the turkey plate is excellent. Macaroni & cheese is a Texas staple with BBQ, but for some reason, they don't rinse the noodles and so all you taste is the starch. Green beans are great, salad bar is well maintained and offers a good selection. Service is good, it's a combination of serve and self-serve. As with most BBQ places I have been to, it is very open and can get loud. If you are looking for an intimate setting, it isn't here.
