Always good eating here. One of my favorites. Generous portions. Lots of value for your money. You don't get full enough they have plenty of beans no extra charge. Always have left overs. Love the onion rings and fried okra. Friendly staff and they care about your experience. The beef ribs are off the charts !! The corn on the cobb was bland. I recommend they have some type of Cajun seasoning to add to spice it up.

This is hands down my favorite BBQ place in Texas. Whenever I am in the DFW area I make it a point to find time to have dinner here. The only con, is that you leave smelling like smoke, so make sure you are wearing something you don’t plan to wear again that week. ???? Ordering is easy, just say what meat you’d like and half a pound or full pound. ???? ???? ???? I usually get half a pound of brisket and half a pound of the sausage, since I also like to get sides and dessert. The fried sides are a large portion, but I usually get the cold sides, especially the double baked potatoes salad. ???? For dessert, I highly recommend the pecan pie!! ???? ???? This place can get packed, so don’t be shy, find a corner on one of the large tables and you’ll be fine. Just don’t sit right next to a stranger. ???? There is also an outdoor patio, but it can be warm out there and an upstairs room for private large groups.
