I took my wife and son to Flight Restaurant to celebrate our 19th Anniversary. The food was amazing. The service was top tier. Our server Miranda was excellent. She explained how the flights worked, helped us with our orders, made sure that we were continually satisfied, and had our vehicle brought around while I was paying the check so that we didn't have to wait for the Valet. Honestly, the experience was a 5 star experience. I only gave it 4 stars due to the extremely limited drink menu for minors. I will definitely be going back. Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome but kid options are limited. The drink menu for minors was limited to what can be mixed with alcohol and they did have tea. Parking: The restaurant is downtown so finding nearby parking is difficult. There is a parking garage a couple of blocks down the street but valet parking is complimentary.

I've traveled all across the country and this was probably a top 3 meal. Love the concept and it's not gimmicky. Every small plate is beautifully plated and tastes amazing. Highlights were definitely the steak flight and lobster bisque. The elk plate was an absolute treasure. The sauce was to die for. I will be craving this place again. The ambiance was upscale but not pretentious. The lighting was a bit dark so the pictures don't do it justice.
