Charlie Vergos' Rendezvous

Being from Texas I’m not new to barbecue. Up here it is different for sure. I got the ribs with brisket. The ribs were not fall off the bone but were seasoned very well. I enjoyed them. The brisket was tender and juicy. It came with a small cup of beans and slaw. The beans were fantastic and the slaw was different but very tasty. I enjoyed the atmosphere and our waiter was great. It’s worth checking out for sure.

Run, don’t walk here. This place is excellent. I am on my third day of trying to find good barbecue in Memphis and this by far is the best so far I got the brisket and ribs at the suggestion of the waiter. It was fantastic, so are the sides. Food was served in record time the restaurants awesome and really cute. The price was very reasonable and the serving size plentiful. Many of us took a bag home as we had a lot of extra food.

Had a great experience at Rendezvous. We came for lunch and sat right away. Great service , ribs were good , not amazing or great but solid good ribs! Brisket good! Nachos were okay - little too salty for me. Take dessert home. The little pied were good! Pecan & chocolate - yum. ×Don't pay to park in structure. Find free parking across the street. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly restaurant. Parking: Parking structure is too @ expensive $22. I suggest parking across the street for free.
