Terrible ordering system. They have iPads which you can NOT order on. You have to use the QR code which means joining the airport Wi-Fi and watching a commercial. You go through the whole order process and submit. Want another OJ? Scan the QR code and do the whole thing again. ridiculous! Food was good and staff pleasant.

The clerk, Cashmere, did not listen to me order to provide me with my correct order , did not provide me a time to pick up my order, did not ask my name for the order, and put fries in my box even though I told her I didn’t want the fries. Charged me for the fries. Put fried onions on the burger even though I asked for raw. She looked straight through me like I didn’t deserve to be a human being, just an annoying animal. I will not order anything again in the city of Brotherly Love. Not a warm city, warm friendly people and not communication

Terrible ordering and buying system, terrible. I am hip to the QR code and paying at the table after my meal, but you must order your drink and your meal and pay and tip before you get your drink, food and service. So essentially you're saying your food is fine and your service is fine by prepaying if you want another drink you have to go through the whole process again not good. Food was hot but just okay, old fashioned was really good.
