Wayback Burgers

Our 1st and last time here at the Millersville location. We waited 30 minutes for our food! It was not busy when we got there, but they were doing take out orders like crazy. The workers kept looking at us, like they knew we should have been served by now! But, they brought the food out for the family that ordered after us before ours. We still waited another 5 minutes after that. 30 minutes and my burger bun was stale, the burger was just mediocre, and the French fries were just warm. I had to go back up to ask for ketchup. My husband's Impossible Burger was OK...but, we think this is what held everything up...it apparently was impossible to get good service at this visit! Not a place I would recommend for a QUICK burger. Why did we stay and not ask for our money back is because we really wanted to try these burgers to compare to another burger place....unfortunately, no comparison at all!

Was sitting down watching football waiting for my food and as I look over i see an employee putting cheese sauce on fries and as the sauce drips over on his gloves he proceeds to lick his fingers to remove the cheese sauce and goes right back to working!!???? I put my to go order right in the garbage when I got home. I talked to a manager and I think he was more surprised then I was!!

Truly the best fast food burger I have ever had. I absolutely love this place!
