Chick-fil-A

This was actually the first time I had ever been to a Chick-fil-A where they actually messed up my order. They didn't make my chicken sandwich a deluxe. But they were so fast to correct the order, it didn't even feel like they messed it up. These other fastfood places could learn a thing or two from Chick-fil-A.

I don't think the people working here are real people. They've all got this glazed look on their face and have absolutely no nuance. They definitely hire a certain type of person at this location. Edit: the response says it all.

ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with a peach sunjoy, I received my food fairly quick but had to wait 5 mins for the small sized drink. I continuously saw cars leave with large food bag orders and milk shakes while I continued to wait for my drink. When I asked if I could switch it out for another drink so I could go. They said, unfortunately, no. Then the drive-through person said that everyone was just playing around, and he would go back and try to get them to bring my drink quickly. I am normally a patient person, but I've never waited so long for just a tea.
