Chick-fil-A

As you can see, I rated Chick-fil-A for one star today due to an Ann or Nan whatever her name is she’s the heavyset white lady that’s a manager. The way she talks to her employees is disgusting. I was only in the driveway for about five minutes waiting for my food, and I could hear her constantly nagging and bickering at one specific employee, because she was standing at the window waiting for the order to be completed. She told the employee if you can lean you can clean so get to work in the nastiest tone I wouldn’t ever send my teenager to work here specially under that kind of management do better Chick-fil-A do better.

I visited this location on a lunch break and used the mobile app to place my order. I specifically noted no cheese or bacon on the order, it included bacon. I’m glad that I caught the bacon because if otherwise I would have had food poisoning. Once returning back to work and noticing the mistake I returned back to this location because I’m unable to call the store directly due to being directed to contact corporate for complaints/issues. I returned to the store and the changes were made to the salad. I politely requested a refund. I was told I could only have a refund or a remake but not both. It would be more pleasurable to have both being as I made accommodations due to a careless mistake. Dietary restrictions: Dietary restrictions aren’t respected
