Complete mess. Inexperienced untrained staff. Hopeless cooking. Disgrace for the company. Experienced and customer friendly staffers leave because of a very poor treatment by the company’ management. Don’t go there - long waiting time and very poorly made food.

I have never left a review in my life but the experiences I have had with this establishment over the past few years has been so bad I refuse to support this business anymore. Every time I find my self waiting for 40min + for my order , even if I order online. Orders are constantly made wrong. They are constantly under staffed and who ever is on seems stressed and unhappy. This is not one or two experiences it’s dozens. There’s not many places to get to go food in this town and I wish a chain restaurant like this would close and focus on their other locations so a local business can move in.

The slowest place I’ve been to in a long time, plenty of staff, but very slow. Unfriendly. Don’t go there if you’re needing to get something in a timely manner.
