This is based on service alone. The drive thru attendant was very rude, and couldn't do a simple task of putting the chicken on the side for my salad. She wanted to charge me $5 more just to put my chicken on the side. Upset with the whole with the whole situation, and for the way I was spoken to. I treated her with respect, and was not given the same in return.
