IHOP

We went as a party of 7..(5 children me and my daughter), it was empty the kids were a bit loud talking and singing..I hear the waitress so I turned around there were a couple a man and woman.. a bit on the older side maybe upper 60's.. asking to be moved, the waitress said that the other side was closed due to staffing, they preceded to stand up and said we're leaving if you can't move us!! im not going to listen to this the whole time and he points back at us. She handled it very well, and if I would have known someone else was there I would have made my kids tone it down, but just an FYI they were 9,6,5,4,1.. not easy to keep them quiet!! And remember this is a PUBLIC restaurant..

2 of us got here, ordered and waited 40 + min for our food. When it came to us, my pumpkin pancakes were cold and hard. I asked for creamer and the waitree brought it shortly before we left. My food was cold. Terrible experience and we won't be back. Also, our waitress had bright red/orange dyed hair that was all over the place while it should have been up off her face and shoulders. As she walked by us carrying a tray on her shoulders, her hair was in the food on the tray. Disgusting place. Terrible service. The hostess looked like she just rolled out if bed and she definitely did not want to be here working. Parking: Parking was fine, no issues.

I have been order crepes a lot from this IHOP. It’s my favorite dish and I just love them. But it’s disappointing that there crepes have declined. They don’t cook em properly they are either burnt or they are soggy. It was my final time today ordering from this IHOP and it was disappointing again.
