The Cheesecake Factory

A very lively busy place even if the lighting is a bit too dark for my liking especially for summer. Service is friendly and attentive. Food was reasonably tasty but the best part is their cheese cakes. Abundant of them to choose from and I must say extremely well made. I had a baked Basque cheese cake and it was absolutely delicious. One of the best I have ever had in my life. A must try.

Okay, let's start with customer service. Greeting was wonderful, welcoming and sitting was quick. The silverware on the table was placed nicely BUT my spoon was still dirty with dried food on it. I asked to server for clean silverware and hot water just as a backup. I got the hot water but NOT a new spoon (which was fiber because I didn't need it anyway????). Appetizers were very good BUT dinner was not as good. No flavor, chicken was overcooked and dry. I asked for more Parmesan sauce and it was a fail. I have visited several Cheesecake Factory locations but this one I would not try again. Food was not a great as other locations. Service was great though. ????.

Really great experience. The server was so sweet we gave her a good tip she did an amazing job. We got steak medallions and salmon entree platter. The asparagus was a little tough like jerky but still tasty. Brussel sprouts were a little tough also but still tasty. We bought some cheesecake afterwards. The choices were delicious. I've been to a different location no longer available so I'm glad this was close by to try it out.
