Chili's Grill & Bar

I placed a Togo order and not only was my order wrong, but items were missing as well. I spent almost 50$ so I tried calling back so that I could return the food and just get a refund, but no one answered the phone. Really really upset about my experience :(( probably wouldn’t order from here again.

Wife and I went in and the place was deserted. Literally no one else here, nor did they have any servers available. Guy at the bar served us. Food was quickly served, since we were the only customers, but it wasn’t necessarily cooked thoroughly. My wife’s food was cold, steak was mediocre, and my own food was lukewarm. How in the actual hell is this possible when we are the ONLY people here? Disastrous, go somewhere else. Haven’t been to chilis in a while and I wish it had stayed that way.

Edit to add: So I decided to give it another try and the service has gotten worse in my opinion this place is ran down and short staffed, the food is not so great! Don't waste your time or money going here! I haven't been to Chili's in quite a while because the last time we went the service wasn't that great! I was surprised to see how much things have changed, the service was great, the food was so so, my daughter ordered pasta and it was cold, she had to wait on her garlic toast and that was cold as well! Overall, it wasn't that bad. I definitely will give another try.
