Chick-fil-A

This trip was ok. We ate in the restaurant. I ordered on the app and had the food brought to the table. The tenders and nuggets were a little over cooked. The fries and Mac and cheese were good. The soft serve ice cream was excellent. I have had issues with ordering in the drive through line. It’s better if you place the order on the app. The staff members working in the line are very nice but they just don’t seem capable of hearing and entering the orders correctly. They were very busy when we were there. There were a couple of tables that hadn’t been cleaned but overall it looked clean and organized. Staff members are always helpful and nice.

Burnt and dry chicken. The fries were unsalted and the sweet tea tasted like water. Same went for any other drink that day. We let them know about the drink and they apologized and gave us another free drink though. I made a complaint about the burnt chicken on the app and was given a free chicken sandwich. Great service, not so great food. If I could post a picture, I would. Vegetarian options: They have salad without chicken. Kid-friendliness: Very friendly staff and a play area. Parking: Lots of parking spaces since everyone is usually in the drive through.

The new drive thru setup is very confusing. You have to drive around the entire building to get to it, including the food delivery window where cars are leaving, causing a traffic hazard. Parking: Parking is horrible with the new drive thru setup.
