Chick-fil-A

This really bothers me to leave a review like this for Chick-Fil-A. I’ve never had less than a 5 star experience at one of their locations. I went in & saw their options for “peach”, that being the milkshake & the sun joy. The girl that took my order was clearly not having a good day, no greeting or nothing, just said “Next” & waited for me to speak. I asked her what the Sun joy was & she told me it was 1/2 lemonade, 1/2 sweet tea w/ a couple squirts of peach flavoring. I ordered my normal meal, asked for a large combo, & the white peach sunjoy as the drink. She told me it only came in a small & I inquired why, if it’s just a regular sunjoy w/ a couple squirts of flavoring. She said “it doesn’t allow that in the computer” but she’d ask the Manager. The Manager told her to tell me “Tell her to order 2 & we’ll put it in a large cup.” Wow. I canceled my order & left. They wanted me to pay $6 for 2 16oz drinks, so they could put them in a 32oz cup. Getting to eat fast food again has made travel less anxiety-inducing. And I love getting to eat fries! The gluten free bun could be a little less gritty, but it was nice to eat a sandwich. The woman who helped me in the drive-through was friendly and upbeat. She made my day. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free fries. If you want a sandwich on a gluten free bun, specify that you want a gluten free bun. If you just say gluten free, you'll get the sandwich fixings, but no bun.

My service is always great except for this one Manager that is always rude, never smiles, and is snippy with Blonde hair named. She is made me want to not want to go back there anymore, but realized she is only there a few mornings. So, when I see her I turn around and leave. I rather not interact with her. Everyone else is a joy there! There is this one young man that has learned to say my name and speaks to me every time I come in!????
