And, I tell you what, the voice at the drive through was literally the most pleasant, welcoming, and friendly voice that I have ever had at a drive through, and it was busy, too.

I was very disappointed on the service today, I was working Door Dash & it took longer than usual for the 2 orders (10 mins) I was there to pick up, on top of that they did not have the confirmation # on the bags to confirm the 2x orders & when I asked for the confirmation to complete my pick up the worker made it seem like it was alot for him to do to get me those confirmations, in which it brought my rating down for on time deliveries from 100% to 90%. Also when I asked was the drinks inside the bag, the worker said "should be" never checking & I believe it's not appropriate for me to untape the bag to check. Very bad service for me today, and one order didn't have any kind of receipt.

We ordered on the kiosk inside and we wanted to get our drink cups and I was up at the front counter and then at least 3 people saw me standing there and just continued to talk and then one girl came up front and I asked nicely for our cups and she just rolled her eyes. The food was good but need better customer service and the same girl kinda like aggressively set my bag on the to go counter.
