McDonald's

This was the Best McDonald's I have visited in a long time the food was prepared properly and the staff was pleasant and attentive. A++ I wish all McDonald's was this good ????

I placed an order through the drive-through with an app code which was for a free medium fry with purchase. When I got to the window to get my order, it hadn't been ring up correctly and so I didn't receive the free fry, which was my reason for going in the first place. No apology for the mixup from the manager at the window, no offer for a fry for the mistake. Nothing.

Complete joke of a location. I can tolerate some minor mess-ups, that stuff happens, but this location's management and operations are appalling. I ordered a fudge sundae through the kiosk and after about 10 minutes of waiting, I noticed the manager serve off my order on the screen without making it or directing someone to make it, AND without trying to call out the order number to notify me the order will not be made. After a few minutes, I approached the counter to ask about the order, and was told the ice cream machine was not working. However, when I asked for a refund, the manager made my ice cream, saying she had NEVER DONE IT BEFORE? Not only was it insane that she lied about the machine until I asked for a refund, AND tried to serve off my order without actually giving it to me, but a MANAGER not knowing how to make ice cream is completely unacceptable. The location was also obviously severely understaffed (which falls on the hiring manager), and left customers waiting at the f
