Chipotle Mexican Grill

I just had the most awful experience with delivery and customer service im not usually that guy where I leave reviews but there has to be some accountability. I delivered food through the app the driver picked up my order and canceled leaving me to call the store. Woman was frustrated and directed to call door dash had door dash called the store and door dash assured me my issue has been resolved. I received my order bag was not sealed missing multiple items and the order seemed to be thrown together out of frustration. Called the store again but was directed to customer service. Instead of refunding my money they gave me free orders on the app at that point I was to frustrated to fight back because what it this chipotle?

This restaurant is dirty- we were told by the rude staff didn’t have carne asada or cheese for dine-in customers- but they did have for Internet orders. Absolutely ridiculous. We will never return to this location.

Food was fresh and hot. Ingredients available. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Clean work area and restaurant was clean. I'll make this my go to Chipotle. … More
