The Cheesecake Factory

I ordered online. After eating some of the food I ordered from them I found more than one strand of hair. On top of that what I ate gave me a stomach ache, nausea and other symptoms. I will Never order from them again. It was disgusting and painful experience.

Overall: 3.75. Great location in Chevy Chase on Wisconsin Ave & connected to Friendship Heights metro. Lots of seating options on 1st floor (with bar area) or 2nd floor (to go pickup & dessert counter) & outside seating area (pet-friendly). Large selection of appetizers, salads, burgers, entrees & tasty desserts. Recommend making reservations to avoid long wait times. Ample outside/sectioned off seating area to dine. Marshall’s, Maggiano’s & high end (Sak’s, De Pandi, etc.) & retail (Gap, Banana Republic, etc.) shops in short walking distance. Vegetarian options: Plenty of menu options and flexibility to special order. Dietary restrictions: Large selection of menu items and flexibility to special order based on dietary restrictions. Parking: Limited metered parking. Plenty of paid garage parking spaces priced by the hour located behind the Cheesecake Factory. Conveniently located above Friendship Heights Metro. Kid-friendliness: While kid-pet-and-family-friendly, the time to coordinate

Not the best experience I’ve had at a Cheesecake Factory. The food was mid , the warm crab dip was in fact cold, the chicken Parmesan pizza style kept falling apart , wasn’t enough angel haired noodles , bland. The service was okay , I’m not sure if she had other tables or what but our servers timing was just off, she wasn’t mean or had an attitude just maybe busy even though the resturant it’s self wasn’t that busy.
