Huge struggle ordering online, a mass of people waiting outside in the sun for their order, no line to stand in, this is a mess. CCC needs to go back to having customers inside the establishment, it’s ridiculous. Done with ordering from them till they fix this.

This place used to be so great! Its completely gone downhill. Its only to-go now and they make you buy everything separately. They used to have a 1/4 chicken or 1/2 a chicken with choice of one side or two sides. Chicken is much smaller and portions in general are smaller too. I used to eat her every Friday when you could eat inside. Such a great atmosphere back then. I get why they closed indoor dining during pandemic, but to continue it after pandemic is over is just pure greed.
