Glacier Brewhouse

An absolute culinary gem! The calamari and ale fondue with pretzels appetizers set the bar incredibly high, undoubtedly the best I've ever tasted. The pizza? Simply phenomenal. We ventured further into their diverse menu with the Salmon, herb crusted halibut, mixed seafood grill, seafood fettuccine, and the peppercorn crusted steak — each dish was a masterclass in flavor, easily some of the best we've ever indulged in. And just when we thought it couldn't get any better, the desserts made their grand entrance. The peanut butter pie, their world-famous bread pudding, and the summer berry cheesecake were the perfect sweet endings to a memorable meal. Highly recommend!

This brewery is expensive and worth the visit. It was really loud and crowded when we were there, but with the high-quality food and drinks, that's to be expected. They have an excellent beer menu with a wide variety of beer to choose from--I, of course, tasted two and got a flight. I ordered the crab legs. They were REALLY Pricey, but they were excellent. There was so much meat on them that I didn't finish the rest of my meal. Excellent experience.

Good comfort food spot, and like most restaurants we visited in Alaska, this one also had a good vegan pizza and a decent beer selection. Service was so-so; we were charged for another table's tab (which was more than twice the cost of ours), but our server was able to get it sorted out eventually.
