The manager AJ is doing an excellent job, considering the cards he is dealt with. However, this is the only restaurant I know where there's two groups of people seated and over an hour. Wait time to even get any food because their primary focus is not on physical dine in patrons, but super fixated on the stupid drive-through window. You go in and it looks like a ghost town with less than eight customers seated inside and they tell you it's going to be a 45 minute to an hour. Wait thanks to the DoorDash and everything else going on. You need to improve the inside dining experience, as that is what this place was built on. On a second instance, we came in and they were having a staff meeting and the owner was not very nice in his wording to the employees. One of them left a meeting with her head hung down just about in tears. Completely unacceptable.

Shanna is a delightful lady and is the hardest working server I’ve seen in a long time. She never made us wait for her to take our order, keep the coffee hot and in our cups, and serving our food. The food was good comfort food. We’ll go back! … More
