IHOP

It took our server whom didn't have a name tag (she didn't introduce herself) 15 minutes to ask if we wanted anything to drink. Once she took our order for drinks (water with lemon, and coffee with cream ), she didn't bring the lemon, or cream for coffee. I had to ask twice for the lemon, and cream. We finally did get those items, only because we asked a different server for them. When our meal came the order was wrong. Our server didn't deliver our order. Our table setting was missing a fork. We had to ask a different server for strawberry syrup because our original server didn't bring it. Our server never came back to check on how our meal was, or if we needed anything. I am not sure if our server wasn't properly trained, or was just having a rough day. Overall this was a bad dining experience.

I’ve eaten in quite a few Ihop’s all over the east coast for the most part they are good but 990 I’m port St Lucie is by far and away the best at service And food quality The service by me Casandra was of the utmost top quality thanx

My 16 year old son & I were in on the night of Aug 10th. Whoever the waitress was working alone all by herself during dinner rush deserves a paid week off! She took care of me and my son's order in no time and even had a fresh cup of delicious decaf coffee served almost immediately with a smile and good spirit despite being overwhelmed by the rapidly influx of incoming restaurant patrons. The food was delicious as always. My total bill was $22.23 so without hesitation, I left a $100 bill on the table, walked out the door, and smiled at her and said "Keep the change" Kudos to this waitress
