Root & Branch bistro + bar

Root and Branch is phenomenal as they have a scratch kitchen and craft cocktails. Everytime we go there, the food just gets better and better. Yesterday, when we ate there, the Chef even came out to talk to us. My favorites are the Pork Belly, Fried Green Tomatoes, the Pork Chop and the Fashion Nut (their version of an old fashioned). In short, best restaurant in Clermont and possibly the Orlando area.

Yesterday (10/28/22) was my first time dining at this restaurant and I was very pleased with the service and quality of food. This place has a 'mom & pop' feel and the employees are great and food was delicious. Shout out to Summer who assisted our group all night and she was great. She was so bubbly sweet and very knowledgeable of the menu. The decor of the place is somewhat basic but I hope they have plans to invest in sprucing up the decor and furnishing.

I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough! We have eaten here twice and both experiences were top tier. The staff is incredibly kind and professional. Summer was our waitress this second time and she was fantastic - very personable and provided 5 star service. The atmosphere inside is cozy and sophisticated, it’s a comfortable place to spend an evening. The quality of the food is unmatched as well. We live an hour away, but will continue to make the drive to come again and again.
