I visited Troup’s mid afternoon in between my work shifts. Normally you first stake out a table and then go to the counter to order, but at 3:30pm on a Tuesday, I was the only customer. I was served within the quoted 20 minutes. I ordered a Margherita Pizza with heirloom tomatoes added and the Woodstock Pizza. I had a minimum spend for a mileage bonus, hence the large order. A slice of each was eaten while there, and I took home the rest. I liked the thin crust and that all the ingredients tasted fresh. They have a large dining room with various sized tables and counter seating as well as an outdoor seating area. There’s also a smaller dining area on the way to the restrooms. The ladies bathroom was very clean. It would be good to revisit when I could order a beer to go with the pizza.
