Ruby Tuesday

I had a great time at Ruby Tuesday the other day. Mr. Tony was our server, so polite and knowledgeable about the menu. Bathrooms were very clean, salad bar was delicious, large variety to choose from. We will request Tony again, he made our experience very memorable with jokes and anticipating our needs. Will visit again soon!

I like coming to different Ruby Tuesdays mainly for the salad bar. Over all, they seem to do good with keeping it stocked, and with fresh items and plenty of choices. Their food to me is generally very adequate, but not outstanding. Our tater tots were good as expected, but both sandwiches seems as though they were the preformed frozen patties, as opposed to fresh. Many places do this, and can still turn out with a good meal. They weren’t bad, but they were not fantastic either. As I stated, they were very adequate. But again, we come to this chain mainly for the salad bar. It rarely disappoints, and to use, the main meal is secondary to the salad bar we come for. So, essentially, we got exactly what we expected to get. Service was pretty good as well. So, I’m giving it 4 stars because it was everything we expected, but not giving it 5, because they could up their game on the quality of their main meals.

Possibly one of the worst experiences ever. I got hired here Friday, and that night I took my husband out over here to celebrate. During our dinner time the server asked my husband what he wanted, took down the order, and asked if he would like to add the salad bar for $4.99 extra. My husband said yes and to just let me get the Salad Bar. The server Michael said we couldn't do that, and wouldn't explain to my husband very well why we couldnt do it; so my husband asked for the manager, Sarah. Sarah explained to him why it was he couldn't just give me his salad, and apologized. My husband wasn't very hungry so when the server came back he said he didn't want anything at that moment. So I ordered. A medium rare steak with shrimp, a baked potato and grilled zucchini. The steak was extremely tough and not edible, the zucchini has grease all over it and it tasted like... Something was burnt. I can't describe it. So I asked for chicken tenders instead. While the server went to get it, my husb
