Rotolo's Pizzeria

Everytime I do a call in pickup order, 5th time, they have either messed up on the order, ran out of toppings and not said or didn't even start the order after paying on the phone or online until I got there. Each time an excuse of too busy or it was missed. Good food but organization is a little off.. Dietary restrictions: Cauliflower crust pizza

Boss was nice, employee was slacking. On their phone while we waited forever to pay, never brought us a box after they offered us one. There was a bug in my kids pizza, he wouldn't eat ANYTHING after, we had to ask twice for it to be removed from our bill. She acted like any requests (refills, etc) was annoying for her.

I wish I would have gotten the chance to try their food. I left my house around 7:30pm and started calling the restaurant with plans to pick up my order and was sent to voicemail 10 times. I arrive at the restaurant to see that it’s completely open and not that busy. I’ve gotten better service from a Hunt’s Brothers in a gas station.
