Sonic Drive-In

This location needs better management and better training. They pretty much stopped taking orders completely for about thirty minutes to "get the highschool kids out by 9". I tried two stalls (thought the first may have been broke) and sat at the drive thru speaker for ten minutes and that's what they told me when I called the store, but then they still never answered the drive thru. I finally placed my order online. I know it gets busy, and I know all about labor costs and having to send people home when it's slow, then catching a rush, but to watch all work stop for half an hour and at least 5 customers leave is ridiculous. I worked at a sonic for three years and I couldn't fathom it being ran this way.

Used the online order function and went to pick it up. When I got there, they said it was being made and that it would be out in a few minutes. 25 minutes later, I asked them again where it was and they brought it out instantly. Really confused why it took 25 minutes when I was told it would be much sooner. Two of my items were blasts and I had to drink mine from a straw because it was so melted already. Not very pleased.
