San Marcos Mexican Restaurant

I am very mad we went to eat lunch and as I was eating my food something cut my throat as I was trying to swallow my food. I spit it out and it was a steel wire in my taco! I called our waiter over to tell him that I almost swallowed this wire and it was in my food.. he wanted to bring me something else and so I got some chicken fingers because this had totally ruined my appetite. We got our check and they still made us pay for my meal. I usually don't do this stuff but what if that meal was for one of my kids and they swallowed this. The manager was mad that we wanted my meal for free and expected us to pay for it, so we did but I will tell you one thing we will NEVER eat there again because for them to act like this was no big deal is ridiculous. Very unprofessional for a manager and we didn't get an apology, they had no remorse for it at all. My throat is scratched and is really bothering me.. Been regulars for years. Today sat in same spot as always no service. Requested service and owner claimed we " moved booths" and was refused service. Was asked to leave. We will NOT BE RETURNING. We are a big group. Family of 4 or more most of the time. Thought we had a decent relationship with staff and owner.

Great food prices are more after 4:00 pm but the portion size and food is the same. They are fast and efficient.
