American Deli

Terrible customer service. Ordered $60+ in food and got home to find a kids chicken finger and fry meal was left out. My husband called and went back to get it and still waited 30 mins to even get it. During that time they were extremely rude and even argued with my husband saying that they had given him all of our food, which they did not. Then they told him he was “lucky” to be getting the food for free……the food that we already paid for and they LEFT OUT. Also their prices on the menu and in the registers are not the same. Their advertised prices on the menu are cheaper.

Ordered a chef salad with dressing, fries with ketchup and fried shrimp with cocktail sauce. We Had it delivered with no dressing, no utensils , no ketchup no cocktail sauce. Also, who puts pickles on a chef salad!!?? Called the restaurant and he said sorry, leave us a review on yelp and google! WTH? Horrible customer service! So $63 and can’t eat salad, don’t care for shrimp and no ketchup for fries.

I wanted so bad to give this place 5 stars. We go here often and never had a problem! We ordered fish for the first time and the smell was absolutely awful. We tried to get a refund or swap it out and we’re told no. My boyfriends truck still smells like a dumpster, I’ve never smelled anything like it. I would love for the owner to reach out to me one way or another and for us to fix this problem.
