Buffalo Wild Wings

This new buffalo wild wings is bright and updated. I liked the open layout. The waitress we had was super nice and even let me sample some sauce before ordering. The environment is to be expected: new and energetic. The food is normal BWW food and flare. The service seemed a bit slow even with a fairly large wait staff and many empty tables. As the tables were bussed (cleaned) it didn't appear to have been a really busy period before we walked in. I'm definitely willing to go back to see if the service is different. Just remembered that we ordered boneless wings and ended up with 2 orders of bone-in wings. Due to the wait, we didn't send them back as we weren't sure when we would get food back.

The good, this place is new, clean and has a ton of tvs. Our server was great. The bad. The food literally took forever. We waited 45 minute for our food. Then it was cold. The manager never came to the table and no offer to make it right. What's worse. The kitchen staff was out of the kitchen talking to people eating, while we were waiting for food. Again, never saw the manager. Probably won't go back.
