Arby's

The Reubens are great, but the beef and cheddar is sloppy thrown together, buns do not match, meat and cheese all over the place like it was thrown together from a distance. Sign on drive thru pickuo window days "out of arbys sauce", no thank you courtesy at pickup and no,customers in the restaurant and none in drive thru line on a Saturday night and a concert is across the street. Brand new clean Arbys and no customers Saturday night? Very strange. I gope I dont get sick or Covid, or some other disease? Yes, ive worked in a restaraunt and ive seen 15 year olds paid workers throwing the prep meat at each other here in BHM, like a food fight.

Fairly new restaurant. Still clean and staff is mostly young. Their score was a 96 and the bathroom was clean. Weird tho, they had a MMA fight on both TV's. Not a race or baseball game. ????‍♀️

I have celiac disease and usually don't eat at a fast food restaurant due to cross contamination. But, the cashier got the manager when I asked if he could help me choose a gluten free meal. He helped me with a roast beef and cheddar no bun a side salad with and a drink. He then oversaw my meal making sure that the they cleaned counters and changed gloves before touching my food so that cross contamination would be less likely. I would call that 10 star service ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️♥️????
