Easy Street

Great looking place food is decent. I haven't been when the music was playing live but I bet it's pretty cool, however I have been there twice and the service is the worst I have ever experienced, we ordered appetizers and they came out the same time as our food she literall brought our appetizers went back to the kitchen and then brought our food out. The people beside us who ordered after us got their appetizers before us and then waited almost an hour minutes for their food. The second time we went the couple beside us ate the bar and was almost finished before they got anything to drink. They left no tip. I had to wave a waitress down after 10 minutes to order drinks. Once your food it at the table you never see a waitress again. It's very frustrating because the place seems to be very cool they just need to train some waitresses for better service. It's hard to say if I will go back. Also to add to it the second time we went there was only five tables in the whole place.

Live music was amazing but wait staff was terrible. Waited over 30 minutes for a drink and our waitress basically made us feel like she wanted us to leave. Almost $400 for two couples to be treated like that. Unacceptable.

My husband and I were visiting the area and decided to try the place out. We were greeted as we walked in and seated. After sitting there for a few our server came over and got our drink order, brought them right out and got our food order. I ask about the salad bar he replied 1.99 extra with a meal. (At least that's what I heard over the music anyway). We get our food and then were forgot about. I get up and go to the bar to get us a refill and some lemons and tartar and he walks up and ask you need more water? Duh! Needless to say it was our first and last time here. And by the way I didn't tip due to our lack of service and one other thing when we got our check those two salads we ate were not 1.99 each they were 4.98 each! Just saying.
