Easily the worst quality of people of any Sonic visited during our travel. Attitude is everything. Those working on Saturday night close to closing hours, need coaching.
Absolute garbage establishment. 30min average wait time. We pull up to the window and the girl at the window has got a bucket of cleaner sitting directly next to open drinks. We asked for our money back and they said that no one knows how to do it. The manager never once came to the window and relied on the cashier to conduct the entire conversation. Do yourself a favor and go to Zaxby’s or Chic-fil-a
Downright rude. I understand y'all are shortstaffed but being rude about it is not an excuse especially when someone is just asking for their receipt. I won't be back to that location.
