Came for lunch before the big Veterans Day crowd. Seated promptly after a warm greeting. Server was very nice and quick to take out order which she delivered exactly as we requested. Curbside was to be ready at 7:04pm. Had the kids in the car, 7:15 called into the store was told well you had a large order and it would be a bit. I wrote a long review but I erased it! I got my Cold food at 7:25, when my food came out I was told no biscuits were cooked if I wanted to wait 15 more minutes, looked like it was thrown in a bag, first time ever the food was mediocre and I gave an eleven dollars tip I wish I could have taken back

This is by far the worse experience I've ever had at a cracker barrel, starting from the sitting hostess and down to the kitchen. We have a one year old, they didn't offer us a high chair, nor did they give crayons to the kids to color with. We asked the waitress for one, and an hour later we still did not have the high chair, it took my husband asking the manager for us to get one. When the food got to us an hour and 15 minutes after we were seated, several items were cold and all the food was not brought out. Before all of my items were bought, everyone else at the table had finished eating. I asked for white gravy for my biscuits, and fried chicken and the waitress comes back with brown gravy instead stating they currently have no white gravy. All of our food was menu food, no substitutions or special order. We were sat at 10:23 am and did not leave till after 12:30 pm This is for a party of 3 plus an infant.
