We were traveling to Florida and stopped here to grab something to eat. Worst experience I ever had. We waited 45 minutes and our food still wasn't ready so I got a refund and we left. Another guy was with us and he was on his way to the hospital and he got a refund as well. I decided this when I looked them up while I was in the restaurant and saw the reviews and everyone talked about how slow this place is. Unbelievable.
On August 17 at 10:45 am, My daughter and I stopped at this Bojangles in Calera. Due to our initial conversation with drive thru personnel, we chose to leave without spending a dime. She was rude.
