Wendy's

My recent visit to Wendy’s in Birmingham left me with mixed feelings. While the food quality was up to par, the service experience was lacking. The server at the drive-thru mumbled through most of the ordering process, making it frustratingly hard to understand. Upon reaching the window, an issue arose, but unfortunately, the window greeter never uttered a word. This lack of communication left me feeling overlooked and disappointed. Despite these service hiccups, the food itself was satisfactory, showcasing Wendy’s consistent quality. However, I hope the staff can work on clearer communication for a smoother dining experience in the future.

If you like sitting in a drive through for at least a half hour, this is the place for you! Not sure on the food quality….still waiting. Finally got to the ordering speaker and they told me I had to order in the app. Had to download app, order in app. Order taker seem d way put out she was actually having to work at work. Can’t go into dining room to order. This will be my last time ever to this Wendy’s. Def not fast food.

Glad I was near UAB! Because this "Food" would've sent me straight to the ER! Inedible, BURNT TO A CRISP ????????! I Need to be Contaced by Wendy's ASAP
