Texas de Brazil - Birmingham

I stopped in for a quick lunch on my bday. Someone had told me about how tasty the a la carte lamb chops were and I wanted to taste them for myself. My server, Austin, was fantastic and told me about the restaurant and its origins. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch.

The absolute best service I've ever had at any restaurant. The food was amazingly delicious. Everything was fresh on the salad bar. Every cut of meat was perfectly seasoned. Our servers were friendly and went above and beyond expectations. The whole experience was simply exceptional.

I was very disappointed, going to Texas de Brazil when I was younger and we used to go as a family. It had amazing service, amazing food, and the food came back to back. I heard that it was going downhill. I still gave it a shot. Yes, the food there is great, but the majority of the food that was being brought out was the bacon wrapped chicken and sausage I saw about 4 times just in a hour the sirloin and flat steak twice in about hr and half period. We did not get any beef rib or lamb, the food still taste good the quality of service in general has gone downhill when coming out with the food. If you’re going to spend $50-100 per person. Go to a different up scale restaurant. I still love the food just disappointed in how far this restaurant has gone downhill. I wish I could give a better review on this restaurant cause at one point it was good.
