Super sweet staff, fast service, great attitude, food is always correct! I seriously love this location!! ❤️
Order my food, it was wrong on the drive thru screen told them it was wrong. They said no problem. I get to the window have a conversation with different employees to make sure it was right. The order jumped up over 2 dollars from the speaker to the window. Get the food home and its completely wrong. Take the food back at 8:35 P.M. when I pull in and start walking across the parking lot with the wrong order. The manager jumps out of her car and ran to the door and say dine in is closed, you have to go back through the drive thru. This was this most unprofessional, unsupervised bunch of people I've ever seen. If I could leave negative stars. I definitely would. Horrible service and courtesy.
This used to be the best taco bell in Birmingham, but this last trip was a complete waste of time and money. They forgot part of our order in drive thru making me have to go back in for it...
