Taco Bell

I ordered for delivery through Taco Bell app. An order of two rolled chicken tacos with nacho cheese dipping sauce and a Mexican pizza no tomatoes. Was told when my order arrived they were out of Mexican pizza. Which is fine, but they substituted whatever they wanted without me being contacted to ask for my own substitution preference. I was given two taco supremes without consent. I hate lettuce, tomato, and sour cream. So it went straight to the trash after contacting this store and getting no help. All I wanted was a refund or credit to go towards another order if I even bother with this app ever again and got no help I guess because I ordered through the app I don't know. And I got no nacho cheese dipping sauce either. This was unacceptable to me.

Ordered through drivetru around 11pm 9/17/23. Specifically Ordered the beef chalupa supreme meal instead of saying #6 because that was for the chicken chalupa. Also ordered a mexican pizza. Came up to the window and verified. Guy at the window stated I didnt order the beef and instead said the #6. I said no and specifically said beef cause this has happened already before. Guy asked everyone around if I specifically said beef. Overall, I didnt want to argue or to prove him wrong in that current situation cause I know the tendency of them messing with food when in those kinds of situations. But I have a dashcam with audio in my car which I plan on showing to management in the next couple of days. Upon eating my food, food tasted old. No utensils to eat my mexican pizza with. Guy did not give me a choice for sauces and told me there was sauce in the bag. No napkins. I mean come on taco bell, hire some decent ppl.

People were rude, not taking care of customers. The meat tasted like it was watered down or something.. won't go back to this location!!!! Also, your employees are parking in the handicap ♿️ spaces with no permits. We saw the woman who was behind the counter walk out to the car and leave!!!
