Nothing's ever made right!! Not even red beans and rice. Why is your rice hard as rocks drive thru stinks starting at the speaker can't get anyone on the phone horrible horrible I'm 40 and it's been like this for years SHUT IT DOWN

I would actually give a 0 star because 1 is to generous I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but honey they are absolutely disgusting to say the least food has been awful they’re for a while now always out of something, never have honey, sold me some chicken that was burnt told me it’s supposed to be that color because it’s spicy, bull…. I have been going to popeyes for years I never got burnt chicken and the crazy part is that I went to the one on Arkadelphia first they said it’ll be a 30 minute wait because we’re cleaning the grease ok so I goes to Five Points later on that day and they’re grease was old smh but they was still selling chicken with old grease it was disgusting I wasted time and money I will not be going to Popeye’s no more and they cut the top of the receipt off so you can’t do a survey on the crappie service and food lol sad

Extremely poor customer service. This reflects poorly on such a popular southern company , because they tolerate this behavior. I will not be using this location again.
