Pizza Hut

Update: Last week the app and the website would not let me place and order. Was very frustrating. I pick my daughter up and feed her when I get her and Pizza Hut is in rotation of the few things she eats. Yesterday was Monday so I decided to try again and the order went through but why when I picked my order up were the employees standing outside and then one came in with me to take my payment and he asked me "Do you smoke?" I guess they're side selling on the clock. Just be clean and make my pizza. Please... I have not ever had an issue until today. I ordered 2 pizzas on the value menu and used points for a free 2 topping medium. Total was 15.40. Gave my son 20 dollars to pick them up after he picked up his sister from school. The lady at the Roebuck location charged him 21.98 which I have no idea how she came up with because my online order had to say 15.40 like the statement I received. Ordered pizza at 9:45 and it said will be delivered in 20-30 minutes. Waited an hour, nothing. Called to inquire on pizza. Someone answered and said we're closed, then hung up.

Made online order and once the payment was made the address changed. I called the store no answer. I caller customer service SHE then calls the store No answer. So the customer service representative suggest I cancel the order. . no pizza ...then I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back
