Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We had a group of 9 and only had about a 15-20 minute wait. Our waitress was superb!! She was very patient with us older people ????. Everyone enjoyed their meal and waitress brought us all a to go box and extra bread sticks. I would certainly recommend The Olive Garden to anyone.

Being a fan of Olive Garden moving from Texas to Alabama I had continue my experiences here as well. My wife and I enjoyed our experience while dining with our kids. The food was great and on time. The staff is great with their professional skills and courtesies. The restaurant and restrooms were clean and up to par. Definitely recommended.

I wish I had more hands so I could give this Olive Garden 4 thumbs down! I ordered curbside pick up today online and was told my order would be ready at 2:39pm. I arrived and checked in at 2:39pm. At 3pm I observed that about 4 other vehicles had arrived after me and received their food, but I was still waiting on my order. I called the store and was placed on hold. At this point another 10 minutes had passed, and I managed to flag down the employee bringing out the food, while still being on hold. She seemed annoyed that I had the audacity to bother her, but eventually brought me my food about 3-5 minutes later. Once I arrived home, about 5 minutes away, I observed that my calamari was cold, burned, tough, and unedible. My zeppole dessert was also hard as a rock, and unedible, with only half the cup of chocolate filled. My experience at this Olive Garden today was absolutely pathetic. I do not and will not advise anyone to eat at this location since this is how they treat their custom
