got our food and the order was completely wrong, not to mention a BITE WAS TAKEN OUT OF ONE OF THE BURGERS. there was zero salt on the fries and when we asked for salt and they said they were completely out so no wonder. worst experience i’ve ever had. if it wasn’t for the fact that i went through the drive through and didn’t realize all that was wrong with my order until i had left, i would’ve went in and got my money back.
On 11/03/2022 at 6:50pm, my food was undercooked and my French fries was cold and old. Their night shift manager just picks up and hangs up the phone. The entire night shift is just completely unprofessional and the health department should be called because my children ate most of the burger before they realized it was undercooked.
I don't understand the drive-through it has changed so much you'll be in line for 30 minutes before you even get up there apparently our new fast food workers can only take one order per20 minutes.... TikTok TikTok
