To say I was disappointed with my dinner tonight would be an understatement. I’m not sure how to describe my experience tonight. If I could choose one word, it would be “abysmal.” I placed an order for curbside with an expected wait of 25 minutes. After arriving at the store and waiting about 10 minutes after the expected time I went inside to check on my order. I spoke to the hostess and she pointed me to the counter where curbside orders would be. I stood and waited at the curbside counter for an hour before I was able to get further explanation. If it wasn’t for the Maryland vs Ohio state game I don’t know what I would have done for myself. The employee managing the expo station was swamped with at least 10 tickets. Nobody checked to see what I needed or seemed to bat an eye that an hour had passed. Great food, and amazing service. Aisha served me at the bar and was simply great. I wasn't having the best day and wanted to grab a bite and leave,but she was so kind and hospitable our conversation turned my day around. You guys have a winner with her! A bit slow on serving. I noticed certain staff seemed to be stressed! The prices of food now are not good. A full rack of baby back ribs used to be $18 and "Now" that's just for half a rack? and the food just tastes the same and the portion sizes are still the same. I will not go back unfortunately!
